	I met with a client and made a listing presentation while still at my former broker. After the presentation, the clients indicated they would "think about" what they had heard and get back to me. I tried to reach them a couple of times but never received a return call. At the same time I was continuing a conversation with Nothnagle Realtors and decided to leave my former broker and join Nothnagle's Greece office. Once paperwork was signed a Welcome flyer, along with my picture, were posted in the Greece office reception area. Shortly after the flyer and photo went up a couple walked into the office and ask to speak with an agent about selling their current home and purchasing another. As the receptionist was locating the opportunity time agent the client noticed the welcome flyer and said, "If Linda works here now we want to speak with her". I was contacted, listed the house, and am working to locate a new home for the couple. They told me they liked me very much but preferred Nothnagle ... that's why they never returned any of my calls.
