Company celebrates 60th anniversary and March 20, 2008 is designated "Nothnagle Realtors Day" in Monroe County. Nothnagle.com is recognized as the 8th Best Real Estate Brokerage Website in America. Landimere Realty merges with Nothnagle and a new Newark branch location opens. Two additional branches are opened in Geneseo and Brockport. Gail Vanderbrook and Mark Swanson join the ranks of branch management and Karen (Wingender) Leonardi joins the Company as Vice President of Corporate and Consumer Affairs. Nothnagle named 36th largest company in the country by Realtor Magazine.

Philip Nothnagle becomes Chairman/CEO and appoints Armand D'Alfonso to the post of President and Chief Operating Officer & Daniel Nothnagle to Vice President of Marketing and Advertising. Christine Nothnagle is named President and Chief Operating Officer for Nothnagle Home Securities Corp.

Company opens branch in Naples and embarks on new career training program called Career Trax. Golden Acres Realty in Newark merges with Nothnagle, giving firm 21 branch offices. Nothnagle ClientPerks Program is launched. Nothnagle.com offers exclusive "Guided Tours" - visual display of listing photographs, music, text and narration. Nothnagle Realtors is the first Rochester-based realty company to exceed $1 billion in sales. The record setting sales figure accounted for almost 9,000 transaction sides and represents a 12% increase in sales from a year ago.
