Plan Selection
Selecting a new house floor plan and style is a very exciting step to obtaining your dream home. There are thousands of house building plans from which to choose, and they all could have different building costs associated with them.
Finding the right plan for your budget, lot size, and lifestyle can be a challenge. If you find a house plan that is close to these qualifications with a few exceptions, see if the architect will modify the plan for you. Try to select a builder that will make modifications to the plan. This way, you can build your dream home the way you want it.
